Whether you’re interested in a general fitness program or recovering from a joint surgery or have suffered from a past stroke, My Core Training was designed to take all fear out of exercising. It was totally developed by medical professionals and based around joint health.
Our program is done in the comfort of your own home. It can be done in your bed, on the floor or an exercise mat. Core stabilization exercise is where all exercise should begin. Our body is designed to function best with a balance of posture and flexibility. Core stability focuses on building a good foundation between strength and endurance of our spine and extremities. This will ensure proper strengthening and functionality day to day. The goals of My Core Training is to establish muscle tone that will stabilize our body during body movements. This will eliminate the chance of joint breakdown or injury.
